WHITE FRAME // Hotel Room Design

Interior design project for an hotel room.
Concept: the window frame.
(Graduate degree university project)

The window's structure develops in the space creating and organizing it, defining shapes and functions around the consumer.
This frame has many different configurations thanks to its structure made by rectangualr panels sliding through the horizontal grid of thin wood sticks like brise soleil. In this way the consumer can decide and modulate the light inside his room.
 
The room is an open space with a short corridor that divides two private areas, the bathroom: the shower and the toilet. Than we can find a table with two differents levels with high stools and a minimal chaise longue. In front of the window a king size bed. Some shelves of different shapes and heights hang from the ceiling, creating library, TV basement, lighting system, ecc...
